Week 12 EC: Microfiction

Krishna and Arjuna in Kurukshetra

At the height of the Kurukshetra War, Arjuna loses all motivation to fight. He thinks that he is sinning by fighting against his cousins, the Kauravas. However, Krishna directs Arjuna and tells him that the quest for Dharma is above all. Arjuna grasps this knowledge and moves forward to dominate the War. Hence, the Bhagavad Gita is a set of directions that Krishna thinks is an ideal for moksha.

Six Word Version

Hey Siddharth!

I really enjoyed reading your micro-fiction over Arjuna and Krishna. They were together in a chariot during this battle, which they were able to win. I like how you were able to display Arjuna as lost and in need of guidance. As always, Krishna is always there for the support of the Pandava's and the rest of their army. I also like how you mention Dharma. It is something that is extremely idealized!
